Because every Roseworn product is made in small batches and crafted individually by hand, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed. Each item is made with care and intention, and for safety and quality reasons, we cannot restock or reuse returned products.

However, your experience matters deeply to us.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with any issue at all, please email us at helloroseworn@gmail.com as promptly as possible. Include your name, order number, and a brief description (photos are helpful!), and we’ll work with you to find a solution.
